who banned scr*pper ?

I found scr*pper has been banned this week on cc. it says ' the only fag is you' well personally I like it lol
anyway tell me who banned this fag and the reason. I wanna know it to decide what to do next, keep banning, or unban him.

BTW his in-game admin rights are frozen cz he kicked ABI. if his attitudes doesnt change , we need to discuss how we r going to treat him.

im pretty sure A.B.I. banned him because he said that scrapper owed him an apology (idk why) and scrapper never apologized to him and he aaid he will keep banning him till scrapper apologizes

well id say keep him on the banlist temporarily, abi will jus ban him again and again until this is resolved.. it would probly b smart to get them together to solve this little 'arguement' however big or small it may be.

well i was on round when abi ban scraper scraper was with bubblebut name i think and he try 2 times to ban him but dint work so scraper kik him then abi came and ban but i dont know if he ban him there cuz i remember when scraper kik abi scraper kik himself so maybe was other day but this must stop so we need to talk to abi and c what happenin with them
